ORDERING
How to make an order?
Enter the name of the delivery city or choose it from the list.
Choose the present you like from the assortment on the website.
Fill out the order form with the recipient details.
Pay for the order by one of the proposed ways.
How to change the bouquet?
Click on the picture and you will go to the detailed information where you will be asked to choose the size of the bouquet or use the Composition (view / change) link. You can change the number of components in the bouquet with the help of «+» чи «-», or enter the desired quantity immediately entering a number
How to change the order after the payment?
Contact the support service and inform the order number to be changed with all your wishes.
How to cancel the order?
If the order has not been yet done and is not in the delivery stage, then we will be able to suspend it. You need to contact support service via email you used when making order. Refunds are made according to terms in the Guarantee section.
PAYMENT
How can you pay for the order?
After placing your order, you will jump to the payment page where you will choose a convenient method or payment details (link) to do it later. Learn more about the possible payment methods on the Payment page
In what currency can you pay?
We accept payment in dollars, euros, rubles, hryvnias, tenge. If you pay by card with another currency, the conversion will be done automatically.
Why the card payment is not arranged?
There can be many reasons: from an insufficient amount on the card to payment blocking via the Internet. You need to contact the support service of your bank by the phone number indicated on the back of the card and clarify this issue. After the problem is solved, you will be able to make a payment using the link sent on your email or in your personal account on our website.
DISCOUNTS
How can you get a discount?
A 3% discount is made on orders of $80 (3 320 ₴) or more.

A discount card with 7 to 15% will be offered on order of $100 (4 150 ₴) or more. More information on the page Discounts

Social networks VK, Facebook, Instargam members can win a discounts and coupons.

How to use a discount card?
When placing an order, there is a special field for discount or coupon number. The cost will be recalculated automatically when entering the number.
If you forgot the number of the discount card?
Use the Remind link, next to the field for entering the number of the discount card. The card number will be sent via SMS or email, depending on your choice.
DELIVERY
How fast the order can be delivered?
Deadlines depend on many factors. We can usually deliver the same day if the order is placed and paid in the morning. We recommend placing international orders at least 1 day before the delivery date. On holidays: Mother's Day, International Woman's Day, Valentine's Day - we recommend to make an order at least 2-3 days in advance.
How to indicate the delivery date?
When placing an order, you can specify the delivery date. This field is required, so you cannot skip it or not notice it. You will also be notified if the date you select is a weekend or holiday.
How to arrange delivery to a city that is not on the list?
Use the individual order form. You can indicate all your wishes and refer to the picture number of the bouquet you want to order.
If the delivery address is outside the city?
Place an order for the nearest city, specify the full address and complete the order without payment. We will clarify if the delivery can be done and the final cost for it. If agreed, you will be able to pay and we will immediately proceed to order picking and its delivery.
Can you deliver out of office hours?
Yes, we can do the delivery out of office hours but sometimes it can be at additional charge. When placing an order, indicate your wishes regarding the delivery time and we will notify you about all details.
